The sleeping arrangements are located on the upper level and include three bedrooms: a master bedroom featuring a spacious and comfortable king bed, and two additional bedrooms each equipped with new queen beds. To ensure guest comfort, the home provides a remodeled full bathroom and a half bathroom.

Inside, you will find a living room designed for relaxation, featuring a new flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV, including the NFL Sunday Ticket, as well as the ability to sign into your own Netflix or Hulu accounts. The heart of the home is the remodeled kitchen, complete with new stainless steel appliances and stocked with essential cookware and dishes, all centered around a large dining table for shared meals. The second level also offers a common living space that opens onto a private deck.

Located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, the property is within walking distance or a short Uber ride to the city's best shops, bars, and restaurants, such as Even Steven's for breakfast or Current Fish and Oysters. The home is conveniently situated near the convention centers, Highways 80 and 15, and is only 15 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. For outdoor enthusiasts, major ski resorts including Park City/Canyons, Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, and Solitude are approximately 30 minutes away, along with premier hiking, camping, and fishing locations. Public transit via bus stops and TRAX stations are available within a few blocks.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out subject to cleaning company fees)
• Parking: Street parking only with 2-hour restrictions during the day
• House Rules: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to reserve. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am. Pets are not permitted and smoking is absolutely prohibited inside or outside on the property (Smoking fine $500). Please remove shoes while inside the home.
• Note: The property has tenants in the basement who are completely separate from the main house. A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.
