Designed for comfort and togetherness, the home features 1 bedroom with 1 bed, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The inviting bedroom sanctuary is adorned with plush linens, while the spacious living area beckons relaxation with plush furnishings and a cozy fireplace. For additional guests, a sleeper sofa provides a comfortable spot to recharge. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, flowing into a dining area with seating for six, ideal for hearty breakfasts before hitting the slopes.

While the property provides an intimate retreat, guests have access to exceptional complex facilities to enhance their well-being:

Located in a prime position at the Park City Mountain Village Base Area, you are just 150 yards from the lifts, with the First Time Chairlift being the closest. The location is exceptionally convenient, situated 1.0 mile from Historic Main Street, 0.7 miles from Fresh Market, and 1.2 miles from the Park City Golf Course. For further exploration, a city bus stop is located on-site, offering complimentary access to Deer Valley, Kimball Junction, and other local destinations.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Underground parking is available at no charge through November 2026; starting December 2026, parking will be $20 per night, payable at the front desk.

Reservation Policy: A 20% deposit is required at booking, with the final balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours of booking (for stays more than 32 days out) are penalty-free. Cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival forfeit the 20% deposit, and those within 30 days are non-refundable. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full and are non-refundable.
