The home accommodates up to 13 guests with a total of 4 beds. The primary level is defined by expansive, breath-taking windows that allow warm afternoon light to filter throughout the home, complementing the pristine yet cozy interior and stunning gas fireplace.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed on a case-by-case basis; must be disclosed and approved prior to reservation. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or bedding and must be kenneled/crated if left unattended. A fee of $50 per dog per night (or $250 per dog per week) applies.
• Smoking: Absolutely no smoking on premises. A $350 charge applies if cigarettes are found or smoke is detected.
• Security: Three motion-triggered exterior cameras (audio and visual) are present for asset protection, covering the driveway, porch, and backyard.
• Additional Rules: Group size must be accurately disclosed. A Rental Agreement must be signed after booking.

For guests staying 7 days or longer, access to Continental Country Club amenities—including golf, tennis, pool, fitness center, and the Bear Paw Recreational Center—is available at an additional cost.
