The sleeping arrangements are crafted for maximum comfort, with cozy King-sized beds in the primary bedroom and bedrooms two and three. For the little ones, a whimsical bunk room provides four built-in full beds, ensuring there is space for everyone. For additional flexibility, a queen blow-up mattress is also available.

Inside, the living area is anchored by a brand new, huge comfy sectional sofa, a fireplace, and a big screen smart TV, with sliding glass doors that open directly into the backyard. The kitchen and dining areas are built for group cooking and gathering, featuring a dining table that seats eight plus extra chairs, a cozy dining nook for four, and a breakfast bar with four stools.

The true treasure of the property is the backyard oasis. Guests can take a dip in the swimming pool, soak in the hot tub, or challenge one another to a round on the putting green. This outdoor paradise is further enhanced by a cornhole and bocce ball area, a propane grill, an outdoor dining table, and lounge chairs.

Located in Mesa, Arizona, the retreat serves as a perfect launchpad for Arizona escapades. It is just a short drive to Downtown Gilbert (10 minutes), Sky Harbor Airport (15 minutes), Intel (15 minutes), Downtown Scottsdale (20 minutes), and Chase Field (20 minutes). • Pool Heating: Available for an extra fee of $75/night (recommended October-May). Requires 3-day notice and must be heated for the entire stay.
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Strict zero-tolerance NO SMOKING policy inside the house. Violations result in a minimum $500 fee plus restoration costs.
