For additional privacy and entertainment, a separate living area is accessible from outside the main home via a path around the side of the house. Important details: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. The property is non-smoking (violations incur a $350 charge). Bi-weekly groundskeeping occurs on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. A rental agreement must be signed after booking completion.
