The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom serves as an imaginative haven for children and fun-loving adults, featuring two full-sized beds—one lofted above the other—complete with unique snowboard-themed stairs. For added convenience, each bedroom is equipped with its own TV.

Beyond the main living quarters, guests will find a separate living area accessible via an outdoor path around the side of the house. This private space includes another TV, the second full-sized bathroom, and the laundry machines. Inside the main home, the inviting open living area includes a comfortable dining area, plush seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace perfect for relaxing evenings.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Smoking: Absolutely no smoking on premises; a $350 charge applies if smoking is detected or cigarettes are found.
• Pets: Not allowed
• Security: Four exterior motion-activated cameras (audio/video) monitor the driveway, walkways, stairs, and backyard deck.
• Maintenance: Bi-weekly groundskeeping occurs on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month.
• Note: A signed Rental Agreement is required after booking. The home is stocked with initial essentials, but guests should plan to purchase additional paper products for longer stays. Pack N Plays are available upon request at the time of booking.
