This expansive home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all conveniently located on one level. Every bedroom is appointed with brand new king sized mattresses and its own smart TV for personal entertainment. To accommodate larger groups, the home also provides 3 additional rollout beds, allowing for a total guest capacity of 14 people.

Between the living quarters, you will find a massive 1,200 sq/ft gathering space that serves as the heart of the home. This area is a paradise for entertainment, featuring a 100-inch TV, pool table, ping pong table, shuffle board, and various arcade games for the kids. The great room also boasts a large open floor plan with another 100-inch smart TV, while the kitchens are fully stocked and equipped with Keurig coffee makers to prepare amazing meals.

Step outside to a backyard designed for relaxation, featuring privacy fencing, desert landscaping, and a patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Guests can enjoy the propane grill, fire pit, private swimming pool, and hot tub. For those arriving with gear, the driveway provides ample room for parking ATV or UTV trailers.

Kanab, known as "Little Hollywood," serves as the Hub of the Parks. Crimson Oasis is centrally located for exploring the Grand Circle, including Zion National Park (35 miles), Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (12 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (81 miles), and the Grand Canyon North Rim (84 miles). Local attractions include Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Jacob Hamblin Park, and scenic hikes like Squaw and K-hill.
