• Pets are allowed; however, guests must notify management within 48 hours of booking. A pet fee of $115 applies, and an Animal Addendum must be signed.
• Additional guest fees of $115 may apply and are added manually by the property manager.
• Reservation changes made after 48 hours are subject to a $35 fee.
• A region-specific Vacation Rental Agreement is required.
• Please note the driveway is steep; 4WD may be necessary during the snow season.
