Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen bed with decks on both sides for sunrise and sunset views, plus a sofa and chair. The third bedroom includes a full bed and designated workspace with glass doors overlooking the living room.

The open-concept living area showcases floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, complemented by an indoor fireplace and Smart TV. French doors reveal stunning views of Thumb Butte. The gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with premium appliances, counter seating for four, and a dining table for eight. Additional highlights include a walk-in shower and double vanity in the master bath, plus a tub/shower combo upstairs with tankless water heating.
