Designed for gathering, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 15 guests. The sleeping arrangements are flexible and ideal for groups: the primary suite offers a luxurious king bed with a double-sided fireplace and a relaxing jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms each feature a queen bed plus triple bunk beds, sharing a conveniently located bathroom. The fourth bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and an additional twin bed.

The heart of the home is the main living area, where wall-to-wall windows bring in plenty of natural light and showcase stunning mountain views. Relax in comfortable leather seating, warm up by the wood-burning fireplace, or enjoy a family game night with the provided puzzles and games. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals, featuring island seating, a dining table, a full-size refrigerator, stainless steel oven, and stove.

• Pets: Dogs are welcome with prior approval (up to two). A $100 nonrefundable pet fee per dog applies. Dogs must stay off upholstered furniture and be crated if unattended.
• Winter Travel: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended due to high-elevation snow and icy conditions.
• Rules: Minimum booking age is 25. A Ring doorbell camera is located at the exterior entrance for security.
• Note: Extended access for early check-in or late checkout is available for a $50 fee.
