On the main floor, you will find a master bedroom featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, a big TV, and an ensuite bathroom. A connected loft provides two full-sized beds, ideal for children or extra guests. A second main-floor bedroom also features a comfortable king-sized bed. Upstairs, the third bedroom contains two queen-sized beds and a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a Jacuzzi tub, and his-and-her sinks.

The interior is defined by modern furnishings and fixtures that enhance its charm. The spacious living room is anchored by a cozy electric fireplace surrounded by rock, a big TV, and a huge sectional couch. For dining and prep, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Additional highlights include a second-story game room with a ping pong table, a TV, and a toy closet for the little ones, as well as a main-floor laundry room.

Location and Recreation: Situated in an unbeatable location right across from the Giant Steps ski lodge, winter guests can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating, and tubing. Summer visitors will love hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and ATV riding. This property also serves as a perfect base for exploring Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, and Cedar Breaks National Monument.
