Step back in time at The Attic, a charming upper-floor retreat within a frontier turn-of-the-century farmhouse in Hurricane, Utah. This historic home offers a unique touch of history, with roots stretching back to the area's early polygamy era and a past as a garage for Model A and T automobiles. Once a retail storefront on the way to Zion National Park and later an army surplus store, this property—formerly known as the 'sunshine' home—has been updated to provide modern comfort without compromising its original character.
The space is designed for up to 3 guests, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 comfy queen bed that sleeps up to two people. The living area includes a kitchenette and a full-size futon sofa bed, which is suggested for one person. Please note that there is no door dividing the bedroom and living areas. Guests should be aware that The Attic features low ceilings, which adds to its cozy pioneer feel.
As part of the Pass Port Village micro-resort, this unit is a private duplex space with its own entrance and bathroom. While the main heating and cooling are managed by the lower unit, The Attic is equipped with a stand-alone AC unit and an electric heater fireplace to ensure you can control your own climate.
