Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, the home features a thoughtful layout across two levels. The upper level is anchored by a bright living area with high ceilings that flood the space with natural light, complemented by a cozy gas fireplace, Sonos speakers, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV. This level also hosts a bedroom with a Queen bed and a 50-inch flat-screen TV, with easy access to a full hallway bath featuring a single sink vanity and shower. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and a dining table that seats four, with the ability to expand to six.

On the lower level, you will find the primary suite, which boasts a King bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a private deck with outdoor furniture. This luxurious space includes an ensuite bath with two sinks, a vanity, a shower with two shower heads, and the added comfort of heated floors. The third bedroom is a cozy, smaller space featuring a twin-size bed.

Outside, the property offers a great fenced yard and a deck equipped with a gas grill, table, and chairs. Parking is available for two cars (no garage access). Please be aware that snowplow service may occur very early in the morning.

Located just seven to eight blocks from the center of Ketchum, you are within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. The home is close to the bike path, allowing you to walk or skate to the River Run Day Lodge, and the River Run Ski Lifts on Bald Mountain are only 1.4 miles away. For effortless exploration, a free shuttle stops just one block away, providing transport to downtown Ketchum, both Bald Mountain lifts, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
