Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The primary guest must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID. A refundable security deposit of $100 per night (maximum $300) is required at check-in. Please note that this is a condo-style stay; while the unit is professionally deep-cleaned prior to arrival, there is no daily housekeeping, though complimentary daily trash collection is available upon request. Pets are not allowed. Community laundry is available only for stays of 7 nights or more. There are no resort fees, as full amenity access is included in your rate.
