This spacious oasis features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The lower level houses three bedrooms—including a Master with a King bed and two guest rooms with Queen beds—alongside a second living area with a TV for extra lounging space. The upper level boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living area centered around a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Also located upstairs is a large bunkroom featuring two Twin-over-Full bunkbeds, which can sleep up to six guests on its own.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home's layout provides exceptional room-specific features including a covered deck, a private lakeside patio, and a gently sloping backyard that transforms into a fun sledding hill for children during the winter months.

Ideally located between the town of McCall and Ponderosa Park, the home is perfectly positioned for outdoor exploration. Guests can start their morning with a mountain bike ride from the cabin into Ponderosa Park and up the Huckleberry trail to Lookout Point. Whether you choose to walk or boat into town for dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants or prefer to fire up the BBQ and eat lakeside, the location is unbeatable. Spend your afternoons on the private beach or private dock, and cap off the day by watching a beautiful sunset from the hot tub or by the lakeside firepit.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via keyless entry or lockbox
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum Stay: 2 nights (some dates require 3 or 4 nights)
• Occupancy: Primary guest must be 25+ and occupy the unit for the entire stay
• Restrictions: No pets allowed; Parties and events are strictly prohibited
• Notes: This home does not have air conditioning. Please be aware that the stairs to the deck are uneven.
• Policy: This is a non-refundable property. Identification and a signed rental agreement are required within 72 hours of booking. All City of McCall ordinances regarding noise and safety must be followed.
