Parking is limited to two vehicles only: one in the garage and one in the driveway. Please note that the garage is small and cannot accommodate lifted vehicles or large pickups. Street parking, trailers, and RVs are strictly prohibited.

Additional rules include a strict no-smoking policy on the property and grounds, as well as a ban on parties and events. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. A two-night minimum stay is required, though some dates may require 3 or 4 nights. All reservations require identification and a signed rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
