You can curl up in the cozy living room for a movie night on the streaming TV while warming up by the toasty fireplace, or gather in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining area is perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals prepared with stainless steel appliances and modern cookware.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out across three bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed located on the downstairs entry level
• Bedroom 2: King bed featuring a private balcony and a private 3/4 bath on the second level
• Bedroom 3: Twin/Twin bunk beds on the second level

For convenience, the home includes two bathrooms: a hallway full bath on the entry level and the private 3/4 bath attached to the second bedroom.

Step outside into your private fenced yard, a peaceful mountain oasis surrounded by towering pines. This outdoor space is designed for unwinding, featuring a charming sun deck with patio furnishings, a propane firepit for cool evenings, and a BBQ for alfresco dining. • Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome with an additional fee
• Parking: Driveway parking available for 3 cars
• Rules: Maximum occupancy is 8 guests (infants included). Please do not leave food outdoors or feed local wildlife. Fire restrictions may apply during warmer months.
• Winter Travel: Mountain weather changes quickly; pack layers. AWD/4WD or tire chains may be required during winter conditions.
