This multi-level chalet is designed for comfort and connection. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the home: the middle entry level hosts a bedroom with a full bed, the upstairs third level offers a bedroom with two full beds, and the downstairs lower level provides a private bedroom with a queen bed. Bathrooms include a full hallway bath on the entry level and a 3/4 bath on the lower level.

Upon entering the main middle level, you are greeted by gorgeous hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and soaring windows that flood the space with natural light and offer serene views of the forested neighborhood. The heart of the home is the cozy living area, where you can snuggle up on the couch in front of a toasty wood-burning fireplace. For entertainment, the home is equipped with a flat-screen streaming TV and complimentary hi-speed WIFI.

Located in a prime central Moonridge location, you are just steps away from Bear Mountain Resort, local hiking trails, and golf in the summer, or ski slopes in the winter. The new Alpine Zoo is also accessible year-round. A short five-minute drive puts your group within reach of the marinas, grocery stores, and the dining and entertainment options of the Village shops.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The reservation holder must be 21+, and a signed electronic rental agreement and Good Neighbor Policy are required. Guests must provide ID for access. In accordance with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy, parties, events, over-occupancy, loud music, and street parking are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are welcome (up to 2) with an additional nightly fee of $35 per pet plus tax; dogs must be registered and cannot be left unattended. During winter months, guests are responsible for shoveling snow and are required by California law to carry snow chains from November through April.
