This inviting home is perfect for family vacations or a romantic getaway in the woods, offering a peaceful escape away from the city and highway.

The home is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the first bedroom, a Queen bed in the second, and a Full/Queen bunk bed in the third. For additional flexibility, the property provides a Queen air mattress and a crib.

Guests can enjoy a variety of home features designed for relaxation and entertainment:

• High-speed WiFi (up to 275Mbps)
• Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig Duo, blender, slow cooker, and mixer

• Parking: Gravel driveway for up to 6 vehicles; trailer parking allowed on-site
• House Rules: No smoking; no events, parties, or large gatherings
• Pets: Dog-friendly with a $75 fee (paid pre-trip)
• Accessibility: Stairs are required to access the property
• Trash: To avoid attracting wildlife, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure to the community Trash Center

Mandatory Community Fees (Paid to owner at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a $100 late fee):

• Transaction fee: $20 per rental
• Gate fee: $20 per vehicle
• Temporary membership (age 6+): In-season (late May-early Sept) $8.50 daily or $42.50 weekly; Off-season $2 daily
