This home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a private bedroom on the main entry level featuring a queen-size bed and a streaming TV. For additional guests, the open and airy upstairs loft provides two double beds and another streaming TV, while the retro living room includes a full-size sleeper sofa. A simple hallway full bathroom with a large walk-in shower serves the home on the downstairs level.

Pinewood Haus feels warm and charming, blending nostalgia with modern conveniences. The interior boasts high ceilings, plentiful natural light, and a corner fireplace to set a cozy mountain mood, complemented by central heating to keep you thoroughly toasty. The vintage kitchen is fully appointed with a kettle, grinder, drip and French press coffee makers, and all necessary pots, pans, and utensils. For added convenience, a handy washer and dryer are located just off the hallway.

Outside, you can commune with nature on quaint wood decks. The front deck overlooks quiet neighboring homes and offers flat, easy access from the cul-de-sac, eliminating arduous driveways during winter. The rear deck faces the pines within a spacious 12,600-square-foot open lot.
