The home features a thoughtful layout designed for comfort and rest. Sleeping arrangements are located entirely on the second level, consisting of one private bedroom with a queen bed and an open loft area featuring a full bed and two twin beds. This configuration allows the home to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. For convenience, a spacious full hallway bathroom is located on the downstairs entry level.

Inside, the cozy living room invites you to snuggle up on the comfy couch and warm your toes in front of the toasty fireplace. With big open windows and a streaming TV, it is a wonderful spot to watch the snow fall during the winter months. The main floor also includes a cute dining area and an equipped kitchen, providing everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, with direct access to the backyard.

Outside, the open forested property is perfectly nestled in the trees. Guests can enjoy a great sun deck and a patio area complete with a propane BBQ for outdoor dining. The property also provides a nice flat driveway with parking for two cars.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, Quails Call is centrally situated within a short walk to the lake and local activities, offering a great atmosphere for strolling, hiking, and biking. The downtown Village and ski resorts are only a couple of miles away, and guests can easily use the free shuttle to scoot around town.
