Pet Rules:

1. Fee for each pet is $125.
2. Funds will be collected via CC Charge
3. Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, tables, etc.
4. Pets must do their business outside only. No potty pads.
5. Total reimbursement will be required in case of broken or stained furniture, stained carpet or rugs, and any odor reimbursement. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided by Airbnb when booking. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER check-in. It is required for all guests with pets to sign a separate Rental Agreement which will be sent via email before check-in.

• No smoking is allowed on the premises. If smoking does occur on the premises, Guest may be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
• Due to neighborhood restrictions, parties and/or events are not allowed in this home. Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and the loss of your security deposit.
• As a courtesy to your neighbors, please minimize loud conversation, music, and general noise, especially after 10:00 pm until 7:00 am.

A quick reminder to help ensure a smooth stay:

• Please do not unplug the door panel. Doing so will limit your access to the home, and a team member will need to be dispatched to restore the connection. This will result in a service fee.
• The router should only be unplugged for a quick reset—anything beyond that can interrupt systems and will also require in-person support and a service fee.
• Please do not rearrange the furniture. We aim to keep the home consistent with its listing photos for every guest. If something isn’t working for your group, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help. Moving furniture back will also incur an additional fee. Thanks so much for your understanding and care!
