WELCOME TO 3440 YOSEMITE ST. Upon check out please be sure to remove all of your personal belongings.

Please report any damage to the property and/or its contents immediately. Please remove all trash into the appropriate bins outside. Please wash all dishes, dry, and store away. It is NOT NECESSARY to remove and wash linens/towels. This property is furnished with linens, towels, bath/hand/dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Any additional items above and beyond those are guest responsibility. TV in family room – The remote for TV (Spectrum) is on coffee table. To turn TV on, press Power button on top right of remote. If TV does not come on, check to see if the cable box is on (black box under TV, with “Arris” on top left corner). If cable box is off, you can turn it on by pressing CBL on Spectrum remote and then Power, or by pressing Power on the cable box. Once TV is on, press CBL on Spectrum remote and then Guide to see what’s on the various channels. To turn TV off, press Power button on Samsung remote (if TV doesn’t then turn off, press TV button on remote and then Power). Channel Guide should be in cabinet under TV. Remote for Blue-ray player (Sony) is on top of Blu-ray player. If there is no picture on TV, check to see if it’s on the right Source by pushing Video Source button on bottom left of remote. Source should be HDMI1/DVI (you’ll see that on TV screen). If TV is not on HDMI1/DVI, then push arrows on remote until it is on HDMI1/DMI. You should see a picture then. TV in master bedroom – To turn TV on, press TV button on top of remote. If TV doesn’t come on, then press power button on cable box or CBL on top of remote. This TV does not get as many channels as TV in family room. Internet Access – There is free high speed internet access, with wireless access throughout the house using network yosemite and password sandiego. Router and cable modem are in closet in Southwestern bedroom downstairs. There is free local and long distance phone service.

Extra Beds – Sofa in living room is a queen sleeper. There is an inflatable queen mattress in the master bedroom closet, and twin trundle beds are under the beds in the Southwestern bedroom and smallest bedroom downstairs. The window seat in the master bedroom can also be used as a bed. Linens for sofa sleeper are in a large container on shelf above washing machine, linens for the inflatable bed is in a container on closet floor in master bedroom, and linens for trundle beds are in containers in closets of those bedrooms.

Trash – There are two large black trash containers and a large blue recyclables container at back of driveway near garage. The City picks up trash on Monday morning and recyclables on every other Monday morning. If you are in the house on Sunday night or Monday morning, please put the trash and recyclable containers by the street before 8:00 am on Monday and return them to their place near the garage after trash is picked up. You can put all types of recyclables in the recyclables container – glass, plastic, metal, paper, cardboard, etc.

Towels – There are towels in each of the three bathrooms. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE BATHROOM TOWELS OUT OF THE HOUSE OR TO THE BEACH. Games – Bumper pool table is in master bedroom – remove table top. Balls are in the pockets and cue sticks are in the bedroom. Games and poker chips are in cabinet in family room and cabinet by back door. Playing cards are in top drawer of cabinet in family room.

Cooking Devices – Foreman grill, blender, crock-pot, other large cooking devices and flower vases are in cabinet in hall closet, and other cooking devices are in kitchen cabinets. Grill is on deck, and grill cooking implements are in container under grill. Hair Dryer – In drawer in master bedroom bathroom. Iron, Ironing Board, Vacuums, Brooms, Mops – In hall closet downstairs Light Bulbs, Vacuum Cleaner Supplies – On top shelf of small cabinet in downstairs hall.

Gardener – A gardener comes twice a month to do landscape maintenance, working in both the front and back yards.

Heat – The thermostat is located in the hall near a bedroom door. Please turn off the heat when you leave the house. Fuse Box – Located on the outside of house on driveway side near garage.

Water Shut-Off – Located in front of house behind bushes near bay window.

Gas Meter – Located on driveway side of house near driveway gate

Water Heater – Located in upstairs closet near stairs. Contact San Diego Beach Rentals to get access to that closet if needed.

San Diego Attractions

Maps and brochures are in second drawer in family room cabinet. Sea World fireworks go off every summer night about 8:50 pm. You can see them from the balcony off the master bedroom. Mission Bay Beach and Crown Point Park – Located two short blocks from house (see map on next page). A playground is at the north end of park (go left as you enter the part). A walkway goes around Crown Point peninsula and Mission Bay to the ocean.

Out of respect for future guests and property owners, no smoking and no pets are allowed within this property. In order to maintain the property within the highest of standards, there is a chance you may see one of our trusted vendors outside the property during your stay (e.g., waste management, window washers, gardener).
