The sleeping arrangements include a Queen bed in the first bedroom, an open sleeping area in the second bedroom with one double bed and two twin beds—ideal for families or children—and a King bed in the open loft that overlooks the living room.

Inside, the home captures the classic A-frame aesthetic with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning lake views. The inviting living room is equipped with an electric fireplace and a small Smart TV for relaxing evenings, while the fully stocked kitchen provides everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. Outside, a private deck with seating and a BBQ grill offers a perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset.

For water enthusiasts, the property includes two stand-up paddleboards and a dock (shared with one other property) for boating, fishing, or sunbathing. While the water at the dock is calm and shallow—perfect for floating—guests also have access to a community private beach and picnic area just a short walk away.

Located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, the cabin is situated in a secluded setting on Kidd Island Bay, yet remains conveniently located within a 15 to 20 minute drive to the charming shops and restaurants of downtown CDA.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Shared driveway for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Boat and trailer parking is available at Sun Up Bay Boat Launch.
• Pets: Pet-friendly (maximum 2 dogs) with a fee of $40/day, capped at $250 per stay.
• Age Requirement: Minimum age to book is 25.
• Cleaning: Stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean every 30 days at the guest's expense.
• Cancellation: A $300 non-refundable payment is required at booking (refundable only within 72 hours of booking). Full payment is required if booking within 30 days of arrival. Changes or cancellations within 30 days of arrival result in forfeiture of the reservation amount.
