To receive access information, guests must submit a valid form of ID to Vacation Rental Authority and ensure the reservation is paid in full; access details are sent 7 days prior to arrival. This property is pet-friendly, welcoming up to 2 dogs with preapproval and a paid pet fee; please note that dogs must be leashed at all times as the yard is not fully fenced. To respect our neighbors, we ask that noise levels be kept reasonable. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, and outdoor fires are restricted from Memorial Day through the end of October to protect the local landscape.
