The home is designed to accommodate 7 guests comfortably across 3 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one full bathroom with shower and one half-bathroom). Sleeping arrangements include a king size bed and smart TV in the first bedroom, a full size bed in the second, and a combination of twin size bunk beds, a full size bed, and a smart TV in the third bedroom.

The heart of the home is an inviting living room with a warm and homey atmosphere, complete with ample seating, a smart TV, and an air hockey table for entertainment. For cozy evenings, the living room fireplace features a pellet stove, with pellets supplied by the host. The cozy and fully equipped kitchen inspires home-cooked meals with standard appliances, cookware, a coffee bar, and a dining table that seats 6.

Located in the San Bernardino National Forest, this cabin provides an escape from the urban hustle and bustle. Guests have easy access to the best of Big Bear, including hiking, biking, skiing, and fishing. The Village offers shopping, dining, and live entertainment, while the Big Bear Mountain Resort is just 8 minutes away, featuring 26 lifts, 55 runs, and offseason activities like the Scenic Sky Chair, golf, and mountain biking. Local thrills also include snowtubing at Alpine Slide, Big Bear Snow Play, and Grizzly Ridge Tube Park.

• Parking: Driveway space for 2 vehicles; strictly no street parking
• Pets: Allowed (max 2) for $35 per pet per night. Pets cannot be on furniture/beds and must not be left alone without a kennel
• Rules: No parties, events, or noise heard past the property line
• Requirements: Guests must be 21+ to reserve. In-person check-in with a valid government ID and signing the Good Neighbor Policy is mandatory per city ordinance
• Additional: Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to a $30/hour fee (requests must be made by 10:00 AM the day prior). Mandatory mid-stay clean for stays 28+ days ($153). No washer/dryer on site.
