PLEASE NOTE: There is a 2-pet max and $20 per pet policy. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES. FINES UP TO $500 for Noise Compliance. WE DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING in the units. FINES UP TO $1500. MIN AGE REQUIREMENTS: 18 YEARS OLD. NO EXCEPTION TO CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT times unless discussed in advance. We are very easy going but PLEASE be respectful with our units and staff and we will help you out with whatever you need.

PLEASE NOTE: it is REQUIRED to carry snow chains/cables when traveling in the mountains between Nov 1-April 30; it does not usually snow up here in November but it is always possible. Additionally, if it rains and it is cold enough, the roads can become icy; if there is snow or ice on the roads, it is very dangerous to drive without chains or 4x4 capability. We do clear our driveways and walk paths as fast as possible during each storm, but that is only for snow, we cannot clear ice.

Please review the information we have provided so you can make an informed decision. You are subject to a LARGE fine if you are caught at a chain checkpoint during a snowstorm without them and you will not be allowed to come up the mountain.
