The home is designed for comfort and ease, featuring a one-story layout with no stairs required. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen size bed and a smart TV, while the second bedroom offers a queen and twin bed in a bunk format along with a TV. These rooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a beautiful pedestal sink and a glass walk-in shower.

Inside, you will find a rich cabin atmosphere highlighted by wood features and accents throughout. The open floor plan creates an organic blend of spaces, including a comfortable living room with a leather sofa, armchair, and a wood rocking chair. A stunning gas fireplace serves as the focal point for cozy movie nights, complemented by a mounted smart TV. • Parking: Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles. NO STREET PARKING permitted (subject to $500 fine or towing).
• Pets: Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with a fee of $35 per night, per dog. Pets must be leashed outdoors, cannot be left alone without a kennel, and are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Rules: Guests must be 21+ to reserve. A valid government-issued ID and signature on the Good Neighbor Policy are required for in-person check-in. No parties, events, or noise heard past the property line.
• Additional: Washer and dryer in home; 2 exterior security cameras (front porch and backyard). A mandatory $85 mid-stay clean is required for stays of 28 days or more.
