The large master bedroom serves as a private retreat with a King sized bed, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, a cable TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a separate vanity. The second bedroom is perfectly suited for children or friends, featuring two full beds and access to a full hallway bathroom with a shower. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a Murphy bed.

Inside, you will find a spacious living area anchored by a large sectional and two leather chairs, perfect for unwinding in front of the flat-screen cable TV. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded appliances and beautiful granite countertops. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy the BBQ grill while overlooking the bay and the Sail Boat Yacht Club.

• Starter Kit: Includes one roll of paper towels, dish and hand soap, scrub brush, two trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and bath soap. Guests are responsible for supplies beyond this kit.
