• Late Check-out: Available upon request (subject to availability); 11:00 AM for $30 or 12:00 PM for $50.
• Parking: Limited garage parking is available for $20/day on a first-come, first-served basis; please notify us before arrival.
• Pets: Pets are welcome for $50 per pet, per day (charged separately). Please inform us before arrival. Service animal fees are waived with a provided certificate.
• Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit; a $250 deep-cleaning fee applies to violations.
• House Rules: No parties and no loud music after 10:00 PM.
• Accessibility: Please note there is no elevator; guests must be comfortable using stairs.
