The bungalow is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private attached bathroom complete with dual sinks, a vanity area, and a large oval tub/shower combo. A second guest room also offers a king bed, complemented by a large closet and TV. For additional guests, the bunk room is available, sleeping up to 4 children or 2 adults. Please note that to sleep 7 people in beds, two guests will share one of the full-size bunk beds; we ask that you determine if this arrangement is suitable for your group's specific makeup of adults and children.

One unique characteristic of the property is the nearby train line. Primarily used by Sunliner/Amtrak, passenger trains pass by quickly every hour during commute times, while freight trains may occasionally take about 30 seconds to pass. Many guests find this a fun addition to the stay, and children often enjoy watching the trains go by.
