Beaches, shopping at Seaside Market, dining and local attractions are all within a 15-25 minute walk. A pedestrian walkway across the road provides safe walking and bike riding access. A car is necessary for exploring San Diego tourist attractions.

Please note that this is the lower unit of a duplex with an initial stair entry, though it remains single level once inside. The property is located near train tracks with commuter trains passing every hour during commute times, typically lasting 5-7 seconds. Most guests find it enjoyable, especially children who love watching for the trains.
