Welcome to "Strandway Suites" — a cute and charming, newly remodeled studio just one building from the ocean in the heart of Mission Beach, San Diego. This upscale top-level unit sits within a quaint 8-unit, 2-level building, offering a professionally designed retreat steps from the sand.

The studio features 1 King bed plus a separate sofa for extra seating, accommodating up to 2 guests. A full bathroom with a surround shower completes the layout. Thoughtfully designed with all-new furniture, furnishings, and décor, the interior showcases sleek white quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, and beautiful light gray vinyl wood flooring throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay:

• Refrigerator, freezer, stove, and oven
• Microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker
• Hot water kettle, baking sheet, and wine glasses
• Dishes, silverware, and children's dinnerware
• Bistro dining set with seating for 2, plus kitchen bar seating for 2

A few important things to note before booking: This unit does not include parking — alternate options include street parking and various paid and unpaid nearby lots. There is no washer/dryer or BBQ on the property. Pets are not allowed. A neighboring property is currently undergoing construction; allowed construction hours are Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an unknown completion date.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Detailed arrival instructions, including parking and entry location with images, will be provided prior to your stay. Our team is available 24/7 should any issues arise.
