The primary suite is a private sanctuary on the third floor, featuring multiple skylights and a huge en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The remaining sleeping arrangements include a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with two queen beds, and a third bedroom equipped with a double-over-double bunk bed. These rooms are served by two shared bathrooms, one featuring a large walk-in shower and the other a shower/tub combination. To ensure maximum comfort, all beds and baths are furnished with a generous supply of premier linens.

Experience a variety of unique spaces throughout the home, from the vaulted ceilings in the second-floor living room to the dedicated game room on the main level, which is equipped with a bumper pool table, card table, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. • Rules: Pets are not allowed. There is a no-tolerance policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and occupancy limits. Adult supervision is required on the third floor and rooftop deck. Please be mindful of the exterior staircase and do not enter the neighboring private unit.
