This single-story home is designed for accessibility with no steps for entry or inside the residence. The layout features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a Primary Suite with a Cal King bed and an ensuite full bathroom, a second bedroom with a Cal King bed, and a third bedroom with a Queen bed. The fourth bedroom is a fun Bunk House that doubles as a game area and bar, featuring double bunk beds with fulls on the bottom and twins on the top.

Inside, you are greeted by a formal dining room that opens into a great room with a large Smart TV. The heart of the home is a gourmet Chef Wine Country Kitchen, designed for those who love to cook, featuring a commercial double oven, a gas range top with a dedicated wok burner, and ample workspace for multiple chefs. The Bunk House area further enhances the entertainment experience with a pool table and its own Smart TV.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the ranch. Step through the sliding doors to find a pool area protected by child-proof fencing, complete with a BBQ island offering both propane gas and charcoal grill options. Guests can relax in the always-heated hot tub and fire pit area under ambient string lights, all while gazing over a charming Old Western inspired storage shed that provides great photo opportunities.
