Check-in is between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM with checkout at 10:00 AM. Late or holiday check-in incurs an additional $50 fee. The assigned parking space accommodates small cars only - SUVs, vans, and large vehicles must use off-site parking. No guest parking is available on-site from May through June. Pets and smoking are not permitted anywhere in the complex, including balconies. The unit features ceiling fans for comfort but no air conditioning.
