All house rules are expected to be followed. Failing to do so may result in additional fees.
1. Parking: Parking is available in the driveway, garage and one spot on the street directly in front of the home. A maximum of 4 cars are allowed to be parked at the property.
2. Respect the Peace—No Parties: Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Keeping noise levels down, especially during these hours, helps maintain a good relationship with our community and avoids you experiencing any neighbor complaints or additional fines. We use non-recording noise monitors to assist in enforcing this rule.
Our city has strict noise ordinances which can incur up to $2500 fine, which would be billed to the primary guest on file.
1. Smoke-Free Stay: Our home is a strict no-smoking zone, which helps us maintain a fresh environment. We have smoke monitors within the home which will notify us if smoke is detected. This will result in an additional charge of $400 for odor removal.
Please smoke outside away from the home and the covered patio.
1. No Extra Guests: No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation.
2. Pet Policy: No pets
3. Pool Safety: Please ensure that, without exception, children are supervised at all times while using the pool. There is a pool fence that can be installed prior to guest arrival if you choose.
4. Pool Heating: Pool heating is available for $60 per night for a minimum of 3 nights during your stay. This request must be made no later than 3 days prior to your arrival. Please note that the maximum the pool can be heated is 86 degrees and MAY NOT BE an option during winter months. If we cannot achieve the temp range of 75-85, we will refund your pool fee. No additional refunds will be given for pool heating issues.
5. Pool equipment: Please do not tamper with any pool equipment including taking out the vacuum skimmer, adjusting the pool heater, or turning on/off the pump. Pool equipment is expensive and delicate, fines will be applied if any tampering occurs
Please keep the cover on the hot tub when not in use to keep the heat up to a fabulous temperature so you can enjoy and relax!
