Discover the perfect home base for your Eastern Sierra adventures at Sierra Manors, a comfortable mountain condo located in a prime area of Mammoth Lakes, California. Whether you are visiting for the winter slopes or summer trails, this inviting retreat offers a cozy atmosphere designed for families and small groups.

The home features a functional layout consisting of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a guest capacity of up to 6 people. The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, while a spacious lofted room upstairs provides two additional Queen beds. For added flexibility, the living room includes two futon couches that can serve as extra bedding. Please note that stairs are required to access the loft area.

Inside, you will find a welcoming living room centered around a fireplace and a 32" flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The updated kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and black appliances, allowing you to cook mouth-watering meals to enjoy at the dining table. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are tucked away inside the unit, making it easy to handle wet snow gear or swimsuits.

A short drive leads you to the Village or the Eagle Express chairlift, and during winter, the red line shuttle provides convenient transport to the Main Lodge and the Village. The property is also ideally situated near golfing, hiking, and biking trails.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Late checkout requests must be made by 10:00 AM the day prior; early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and a fee of up to $60.00.
• House Rules: No pets allowed, no smoking (inside or outside), and no parties or events. Furniture must not be rearranged.
• Note: A starter set of consumables is provided; guests should purchase additional soaps and paper products as needed.
