Welcome to Sea Shells by the Sea Shore, a nearly beachfront getaway in the charming Pierpont area of Ventura, California. This spacious home is designed for real beach living, offering bright interiors and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow that allows families and friends to spread out and relax. Whether you are loading the beach wagon for a stroll to the sand or unwinding on the balcony with a partial ocean view, this home provides a comfortable year-round escape.

Designed for versatility and comfort, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the ground-floor bedroom, another king bed in the upper-floor bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. For additional flexibility, a sofa sleeper is located in the ground-floor family room. To ensure a pleasant stay regardless of the season, mini-split A/C and heating are installed in every room.

Guests can enjoy a variety of thoughtfully provided features to enhance their stay:

• Newly remodeled kitchen with modern appliances
• Fully fenced patio with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining for eight
• Dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer
• Beach gear including a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella

• Garage and driveway parking for up to three cars

Located in the peaceful Pierpont neighborhood, the home is just a short walk from the sandy beach. Please note that there is a school nearby, so you may hear children playing during school hours.

Practical details include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $25 per dog, per stay, provided they arrive clean and on flea control; however, cats are not permitted. Quiet hours are strictly observed, and outdoor music must be turned off by 10:00 PM. Entry codes are provided via the Guest Portal 48 hours prior to arrival following the completion of the occupancy agreement.
