While the structured amenities are limited, the property boasts a private backyard featuring a year-round pool with a water feature and sun lounging chairs. Please note that pool heating is available for an additional $100 daily fee, requiring at least 24 hours' notice and a minimum 3-night reservation for the entire duration of the stay. As the property uses a heat pump, the pool temperature will remain within 10 degrees of the ambient air temperature. A $150 trip charge applies for heat requests made on the day of check-in.

Located in a prime area, this home is just around the corner from the Biltmore Fashion Park and a variety of excellent uptown Phoenix restaurants. For those looking to tee off, several Paradise Valley Golf Courses are only minutes away.
