Situated just steps from the legendary Rincon Point, this home is a surfer's dream come true. Catch the annual Rincon Classic competition or spot migrating whales from the shore. When you're ready for a change of pace, Santa Barbara, Montecito, and Ventura are all within easy reach for day trips and exploration. Please note that the fireplace(s) are currently inoperable.
