Designed for comfort and accessibility with one-level living options, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a Master Bedroom upstairs with two Queen beds, a main floor bedroom with a King bed and twin rollaway cot, a second main floor bedroom featuring a bunk bed (Double and Twin) along with a full crib and pack-and-play, and a downstairs bedroom with a Queen bed.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Registration: Documentation must be submitted 10 days before check-in to avoid a $100 late fee.
• Community Access: Masthope HOA fee is included for up to 12 guests; amenity badges are $10 per person per day. Please note amenities are unavailable on checkout day and during the July 4th holiday period.
• House Rules: Minimum age of 25 for the primary renter. Parking is limited to 6 cars (no RVs). Well-behaved dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a $75 per pet fee. Outdoor noise monitors are in place to maintain a serene environment for all neighbors.
• Protection: Guests must choose between a $499 refundable security deposit or a $39 damage waiver.
