This large home serves as the ultimate getaway, blending an outdoor living experience with high-energy indoor fun, all located just steps away from a lovely community lake.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to accommodate up to 12 guests, featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 full bathrooms. The interior is highlighted by a modern living room with an ultra high def 65-inch TV equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime. For dining and food prep, the home offers a kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, and granite countertops with four barstools, alongside a dining table that seats 8 and can expand to accommodate 10.

Entertainment is the heart of this property. Guests can enjoy two action-packed game rooms: the first features ping pong, pool, a PlayStation 4, and a unique "chill vibes only" grass wall, while the second offers air hockey, poker, and a full-body massage chair with Bluetooth speakers. Outside, the floating deck leads to a stunning extra large gazebo with a built-in cooler, a sofa set, and an outdoor tiki bar. The exterior space is completed by a fire pit, hammocks, and a 5-burner gas grill.

Located just a few homes from the community lake and beach—a scenic 4-minute walk—you have full access to the beach, fishing pier, and swimming areas (open May 29th to September 30th). Two kayaks with wheel trolleys are provided for your convenience. The surrounding area is a hub for adventure, with Jack Frost Ski Resort, wineries, hiking, biking, ziplining, and the Mohegan Sun Casino nearby. Local essentials like Wawa, Dunkin' Donuts, and supermarkets are only a few minutes' drive away.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per animal. Please adhere to the following rules: quiet hours are 9 PM to 7 AM, and no parties or fireworks are permitted. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of the home. Outdoor string lights must be off by 10:30 PM per HOA rules. During winter, 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended for mountain roads. A minimum rental age of 25 is required, and a valid ID and signed rental agreement must be submitted to confirm your stay.
