With 2 bathrooms—one featuring a bathtub and the other a shower—there is ample space for your group to relax and recharge.

Inside, the home blends comfort with modern updates. The living room is centered around a brand-new 65” Samsung Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Amazon Video. The kitchen is a highlight, boasting all-new Samsung appliances, Alder wood cabinets, a breakfast bar, and counter seating for two. For larger groups, the dining area provides seating for 6 to 8 people. Step outside to the lovely front deck, which features patio furnishings during the summer and a large 7-person hot tub for year-round relaxation, though please note that deck access and furniture may be limited during winter due to heavy snow.

Nestled in the sought-after upper Tyner area of Incline Village, the property provides a peaceful residential experience. Guests should be aware that while the home is located near the water, it does not provide access to Incline Village private beaches, punch cards, or dock access.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Garage space for 2 small cars and driveway space for 2 additional vehicles. No street parking from Nov 1 to April 30. RVs and fifth wheels are not permitted.
• House Rules: No shoes allowed inside (slippers provided); no smoking, vaping, parties, or events. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
• Restrictions: Pets are not allowed ($500 fine for undisclosed pets). The indoor fireplace is non-operational, and all outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to wildfire risk.
• Security: 24-hour video surveillance is active at the garage door and front deck/parking area.
• Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
