This cozy home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one queen bed and one twin bed, both located in lofts. Please note that because these are loft beds accessible via indoor ladders, the home is not elderly friendly and is best suited for active guests.

Experience the High Sierras with 180-degree panoramic views from the property. For relaxation, guests can enjoy a professionally serviced hot tub available year-round or cool off in the new stock tank pool and deck (available early June to late September). The outdoor space is further enhanced by a propane firepit, BBQ grill, and a log swingset.

Inside, you will find a comfortable environment with A/C and heating, a smart TV, and a private high-speed wifi network. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction cooktop, a Keurig coffee maker, and an ice maker. While the fridge is not full-sized, it is larger than a mini-fridge and includes a freezer compartment.
