Non-smoking premises: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the home. If you chose to smoke outside the home, please clean up after yourself and guests.

No Parties or Events: No outside guests allowed with out prior approval from the Hosts.

Secure Patio: Please secure patio cushions in the deck boxes when you are not using them or at night. The area can be very windy and gusts can exceed 15 MPH.

Pets: We are pet friendly! We hope your pet enjoys their stay just as much as you do. Please keep your pets on a leash with in the community. Please pick up and dispose of any pet waste. There are extra doggie poop bags in the common area closet.

Quiet hours: Please be respectful of your noise after 10:30 PM. Remember the noise carries across the lake!

Bedroom Blinds: Please use TWO hands with pulling bedroom blinds up or down.

Fire Pit & BBQ: Your house is equipped with a Blackstone griddle! Please only use the water, oil, and utensils provided in the BBQ caddy (located in the cabinets). There is extra oil in cabinet above the fridge if needed. It is the responsibility of each guest to clean the griddle after each use. Please make sure the griddle is cleaned and propane is turned off after each use

Bluetooth Device: The record player in the Iiving room can play records or connect to your phone via Bluetooth to stream music.

Vineyard Life: The house is surrounded by vineyards and orchards. To avoid getting those pesky gnats in the house please keep doors and screens closed. We also have a “Katchy” device that is located in the pantry closet, incase they sneak into the house. Please use a new sticky pad and plug it in the kitchen day or night to catch those unwanted gnats.

High Desert & Heat: Due to the cooling evening temperatures and desert environment, there have been sightings of rattlesnakes and scorpions around the resort property. Please stay on walking paths and be mindful of your surroundings(especially if you have children and dogs in your group). ALSO, keep all doors and screens closed.

Thermostat: Important Please keep the thermostats between 63-73. Please do not go higher or lower, as it could over work the system and require a service call. The house is equipped with a split unit (AC/HEAT) in each bedroom and 2 in the common spaces. Split units work slowly, but surely. It may take a couple hours to get to your desire temperature. Its best to gradually bring the temperature up or down a few degrees at a time. The thermostats are connected to a smart system and will adjust themselves as needed, not to overpower the system.
