• House Rules: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, events, and decorations like glitter or confetti are strictly prohibited. There is no live TV; streaming apps only (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, Amazon Video).
• Safety: Exterior security cameras are installed for guest safety.
