The home features a spacious layout with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, characterized by high ceilings that create an airy feel throughout. The sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort, including an open loft space with a full bed and its own private bathroom with a shower. Downstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a queen bed and a versatile bunk room featuring a full bottom bed and a twin top. A full bathroom with a tub and shower serves the lower level.

The main living area is designed for togetherness, boasting vaulted ceilings with a fan and a living room centered around a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable sofa, chairs, and a large TV. Adjacent to the living space is a dining table that seats four and a full kitchen equipped with granite counters, a microwave, toaster, crock pot, and coffee essentials including a French Press and cone coffeemaker. Step outside onto the outdoor deck to take in serene tree and mountain vistas.

Located just two miles from the restaurants and beaches of Tahoe City, the property is a gateway to endless adventure. You are steps away from the Tahoe bike path (the Multi-Use Trail System), which leads to the West Shore, Olympic Valley, and local hiking trails. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to Skylandia beach and Burton Creek State Park, home to the Tahoe XC Nordic Center and Dollar Creek trails for breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe. • Parking: Limited to 1 vehicle in front of the condo; visitor parking is first-come, first-served. No street parking for boats or trailers.
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Fines for violations range from $1,500 - $5,000)
• Winter Travel: 4x4, AWD, or snow chains are highly recommended.
• Please Note: There is no air conditioning. A starting supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent is provided; however, guests should bring extras for longer stays. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are not provided.
