For additional entertainment, the loft houses a Marvel Pinball Arcade.

The living room provides an entertaining view of the Big Springs Express Gondola and the Village Express lift passing right by the window. • Max Occupancy: 6 people total (bedding provided for 4 in 2 bedrooms). Children under 13 do not count toward the adult occupancy limit.
• Noise Ordinance: Strict 9 PM noise ordinance and exterior lights must be off.
• Garbage: Must be taken to dumpsters on the street or via the Northstar Drive gate using a guest pass.
• Pets: Not pet friendly.
• Climate Control: There is no AC; guests are encouraged to open windows at night to keep the home cool.
• Administrative: Primary guest must Docu-Sign the Guest Agreement. A $65 damage waiver ($2,000 coverage) is included in the nightly rate.
