Whether you are seeking a snowy getaway or a summer escape, this retreat offers a perfect blend of relaxation and fun for your entire group.

This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to ensure privacy and comfort: the upstairs master suite features a queen bed and a private deck entrance with an en-suite master bathroom and double vanity. Downstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth bedroom equipped with a twin-over-twin bunk. To ensure a restful night, every bedroom is provided with a fan and new comforters and duvets.

Entertainment is at the heart of this home. The downstairs bonus room is a gamer's paradise, featuring two classic arcades, a PS4 with several games, a poker table, and a 40" Smart TV. This level also includes a wet bar with a mini fridge and direct access to the lower deck where you can soak in the private hot tub. For further leisure, the upper deck offers a BBQ and seating area, while the side yard is perfect for a game of corn hole during the summer months.

Inside, you will find a heavily stocked kitchen, a natural wood fireplace with provided firewood, and high-speed 400Mbs internet. For added convenience, a second water heater has been installed to allow for longer showers.

Located centrally to everything Tahoe, the home is situated within Tahoe Donner. Guests receive amenity cards providing discounts on day ski passes to the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area, as well as access to the Trout Creek Recreational Center and the private east end of Donner Lake Beach. You are less than five minutes from skiing, golfing, equestrian centers, and a vast network of hiking and biking trails.

• House Rules: No pets allowed. No street parking (max 5 cars: 2 in garage, 3 in driveway).
• Local Ordinances: 10 PM noise ordinance and exterior lights off. Garbage must be placed in the locked bear box.
• Winter Services: Driveway clearing and shoveling services are provided for your safety.
• Other: No AC is present, as is typical for the region; opening windows at night is recommended. A signed guest agreement is required via Docu-Sign prior to arrival.
