Inside, the home is equipped with a brand-new Samsung washer and dryer, and optimal temperature control is ensured via three mini-splits and an additional AC unit. Note that the living room fireplace is for design purposes only and is not usable.

• No parties, fireworks (immediate eviction and $1,000 fine), or extra guests without prior approval
• No smoking within 25 feet of the property ($500 fine for smoking inside)
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
• Additional fees: Early check-in/Late check-out ($50/hr), Pool heating ($150/day)
• Requirements: Valid ID and signed rental agreement are mandatory. A refundable security deposit is required for one-night stays or non-Airbnb bookings.
