The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with Queen beds, one bedroom with a Full bed, and a fourth bedroom featuring a Full-over-Full bunk bed. For additional flexibility, both living rooms provide couches for sleeping, and a queen air mattress is kept on the premises if needed. Every bed is outfitted with new mattresses and fresh linens, with seasonal air conditioning installed in every bedroom from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The backyard is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a year-round Hot Tub Jacuzzi, a fire pit, a picnic table, and plenty of open space for lounging. Guests can also enjoy a deck equipped with a gas grill for open-air dining.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a blender, a tea kettle, a drip coffee maker, and a full knife set. For your convenience, the home provides free WiFi, heating and cooling, and essential supplies including shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods.

Located on a quiet street with minimal traffic, the home grants you access to the incredible amenities of A Pocono Country Place. The community boasts four swimming pools (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), three clubhouses, two lakes, a swimming beach, paddle boats, miniature golf, and multiple tennis, basketball, and playgrounds. Please note that a purple pass must be obtained at the gate to access the pools, and pool passes are available for $12 per person, per day. Tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, and boating are available from May through August.

Beyond the gates, you are in close proximity to the best of the Poconos, including Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari, and Camelback water parks, as well as skiing, snow tubing, hiking, fishing, biking, NASCAR, and casinos.
